Sugar Land's measured colors are more saturated than your instincts allow — candy grass measures 00e003, a value players never dial by eye. Paste the codes, then fight the map's real enemy: brightness and clean sightlines.

Sugar Land is where color intuition goes to die. The community measurement of candy grass came back 00e003 — a green so saturated the source guide added a warning: “yes, it really is that saturated — don’t dial this by eye.” Trained on real-world colors, your eye will undershoot every surface on this map.
The most saturated palette in the game, and one of the brightest. This is the map where pasting measured hex codes gives the biggest edge over eyeballing — and where shadows are scarce.

- Saturation is the map’s filter. Grass (
29bc45/00e003) and candy trees (0dd94d) sit at saturation levels players do not reach by hand. On this map more than any other, use the Hex sRGB field — paste the code plusFFalpha, workflow on the color codes page. - The pastels are the second trap. Sponge cake pink (
dca8af), candy-dot path (becbc1), frosting white (b0c6cf) — bright, low-contrast surfaces where your body’s own shading gradient is the giveaway. Bright hides need flatter lighting and better poses than dark ones. - Chocolate is the only dark refuge. The
553627stripe family is the map’s one low-value surface — expect experienced Seekers to clear it first for exactly that reason.
Hider approach
- Paste, don’t dial. Then verify from distance: saturated paint that looks garish up close is often correct at Seeker range.
- Treat the striped surfaces (chocolate & cream) like Penguin Hotel patterns: align the stripe direction with your limbs from the likely viewing angle.
- With few shadows available, your silhouette does the hiding: use the fountain, trees, and gingerbread structures to break your outline against the bright backdrop (
6ec7d6).
Seeker approach
Under-saturation is your tell. A Hider who eyeballed their paint reads as a washed-out patch on an otherwise electric surface — scan for dull spots in loud zones. Clear the chocolate-dark areas early (every nervous Hider’s first instinct), then sweep the open pastel fields where poses have nowhere to hide.
